MONTREAL DEAD END

Original Music – Mixing – Sound design

Montreal Dead End, is an offbeat ensemble movie produced in 2018 and distributed by Welcome Aboard. The film is composed of fifteen segments, one segment per neighborhood, one neighborhood per filmmaker, delivering their part of the story. 

For this project, Notes Productions was assigned the mixing and musical composition for Audic Cussigh and Hugo Belhassen’s segments. 

In addition to them, the directors who participated in this film are Rémi Fréchette, Loïc Surprenant, David Émond-Ferrat, Eve Dufaud, Frédérick Neegan-Trudel, Mickael N’Dour, Émilie Gauthier, Priscillia Piccoli, Catherine Villeminot, Tiphaine DeReyer, Mara Joly, Charles Massicotte, Quentin Lecocq, Gaëlle Quemener, Julie de Lafrenière and Jimmy Pettigrew.

The film won several awards following its release:

It was also selected at the Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival, Hell de Janeiro, Festival de Cinéma de la Ville de Québec, SPASM Festival, Toronto Indie Horror Fest and at Les Rendez-Vous Québec Cinéma.
