Recording – Spatial – Ambisonic mixing

Within the framework of a training program in Social Work, we realized for the “Centre collégial de développement de matériel didactique” the ambisonic sound mixing of more than one hundred capsules in virtual reality. This project is a realization of the firm Phosphen specialized in virtual reality content production.

The capsules allow students to experience, in the virtual reality headset, different types of possible interventions as well as feedback from users in order to prepare them for multiple internship environments. The whole experience is dynamic and interactive. What an innovation for the program! As part of this project, Notes Productions recorded the basic narrative voices, the sound spatialization and the ambisonic mixing of all the capsules. Let’s see an exemple below!
